By accessing or using TurfyLock, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on TurfyLock's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Booking & Cancellations

All bookings made through TurfyLock are subject to availability and the specific terms of the turf facility.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
• Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking amount.
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

4. User Conduct

Users are expected to behave responsibly at all sports facilities. TurfyLock reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who violate facility rules or engage in unsportsmanlike conduct.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on TurfyLock's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. TurfyLock makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
